DEERFIELD SUBDIVISION Wytheville, Virginia

Pillar worked in conjunction with Hill Studio, P.C. to design this 8 acre 18 lot subdivision in Wytheville. After the site design phase, Pillar partnered in the Construction Administration with Hill Studio and performed 3rd party inspection for the owners. This project is unique in that it is the first subdivision built in Wytheville to utilize Low Impact Development (LID) techniques. Pillar’s surveying department performed a boundary survey, subdivision platting as well as construction staking for the project.
