DEER CREEK MOTOR COACH RESORT Galax, Virginia

Located in Grayson County, Virginia, this 12 acre piece of land was converted from a golf driving range into 60 recreational vehicle sites. We utilized turning software to simulate wheel paths of RV to ensure the proper turning radius and pavement width. Poor soils prohibited the use of conventional septic system. Pillar designed a discharge system to meet Department of Environmental Quality regulations and helped obtain a permit to discharge treated effluent. Our survey department helped with design by providing topographic information and with construction by providing stakeout services.
