GATORADE PROCESSING PLANT Wytheville, Virginia

Located on Lot 13 in Wythe County’s Industrial Park (Progress Park), this new start of the art bottling/processing plant encompasses more than 21 acres of the lots 134 acres under one roof for the first phase. Pillar was contracted to perform the boundary and topographic survey of lot 13, locate soil bore holes for the design firm and complete an ALTA survey. We also performed quality control stakeout for the 975,000 square foot plant.
