HOSPITAL HILLS MEDICAL PARK Wytheville, Virginia

18 acres of Land behind the Wythe County Community Hospital was developed for a medical park. Pillar was contracted to design the water, sewer, and road for phase I of this project to accommodate Wythe Medical Associates parcel. The project included a new road, water lines, and sewer lines with a package grinder unit. Not only did we design the project, but we were the project management and inspection firm on the project as well as performed the construction stakeout.
