LORETTO SUBDIVISION
Wytheville, Virginia
Pillar was contracted to design the remaining undeveloped portion in the Loretto Subdivision in Wytheville, VA. Surveying as well as engineering services were used. This 3.4 acre parcel was subdivided into 6 lots taking into account a natural spring and sloping terrain. A 377 foot long road terminating in a cul-de-sac was designed. One sewer manhole was designed to accommodate sewers from two lots while the remaining lots tied into existing sewer lines. A new water line tied into an existing trunkline. The original stormwater design incorporated this area as being developed, so no additional design was needed.
