VIRGINIA STEEL Bland, Virginia

Located in the Bland County Industrial Park, Bastian, Virginia, Pillar was commissioned to layout the site for a 30,000 square foot new steel fabrication building on a triangular shaped lot. Our work encompassed erosion and sediment control, stormwater detention measures and tight turning radius for tractor trailer trucks as well as easement and setback issues. We also performed construction stakeout for a majority of the project.
