Design Specifications - Pillar's extensive library of specifications is at your fingertips for use on your project. We customize each specification for your project. Too often generic specifications are applied to a project. This produces unnecessary change orders in cost and field drawings. Bid Packages - Using our design specifications and quantity take-offs, Pillar Engineering & Surveying, P.C. can put together a complete bid package for you to use to requisition bids. In essence, we can produce and distribute the "Contract". You will have a powerful document to give to contractors in order to receive a fair, complete, and comparative bid.
