SUBWAY SANDWICH SHOP Bland, Virginia

Located in the northeast corner of Exit 52 on I-77 this ½ acre parcel was converted from grazing farm land to a Subway restaurant. This project encompassed site design, septic design, soil engineering, topographic, subdivision, boundary and construction survey services. A public sewer was not available therefore, advanced secondary treatment and a mass drainfield provides sanitary sewer requirements. An infiltration trench provides stormwater management. Several hundred yards of fill were required to obtain satisfactory slopes and entrance requirements. Our surveying services provided topographic, construction stakeout and plat subdivision.
